FIELD: building materials; may be used in manufacture of heat- and sound-insulating members of buildings and structures, heat-efficient carriers and self-bearing guard members of buildings and structures in industrial and civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixture contains, mas.%: ground quartz sand, 38-5-48.5; sodium fluosilicate, 4.7-6.0; water glass, 28.5-35.8; water, 4.9-24.3; and additionally foam-forming agent, neutralized product of asphalt treatment with sulfuric acid, 3.0-3.75; additive oxyphos - bis(alkylpolyoxyethylene)phosphate [C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n+1</SB>O(C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O)<SB>6</SB>]<SB>2</SB> POH, 1.0-1.25. EFFECT: higher strength of articles manufactured from the offered raw material mixture, reduced cost of their manufacture and their higher efficiency in capacities of efficient heat-preservation structures in industrial and civil engineering. 2 tbl
