FORMING OF CONICAL ARTICLES AND THREAD- WINDING CONE

Invention relates to method of manufacturing thread winding cone and thread winding cone manufactured following this method. The thread winding cone is manufactured the following way:- cardboard tape is fed from a roll and cut into pieces;- glue is applied on both sides of part of the pieces;- the pieces with the glue applied dry under natural conditions;- out of the pieces are cut several billets of different sizes;- the items being manufactured are moulded and bonded at the same time and with the same tool;- the finished product is calibrated.
