PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of alarm history information by making a plurality of alarm history information files every alarm information generation date on a storage device by an arithmetic controller. SOLUTION: An arithmetic controller 2a is judged whether alarm information is included in measured data and the like received from a measuring instrument, and if it is included, a date in which the alarm information generates is checked to determine a file name to be stored. The alarm history information file of the determined file name is examined on whether it exists in a storage device 5a, and in the case whether it exists therein, it is stored to the alarm history information file. In the case where it does not exist therein, an alarm history information file is newly prepared by a previously determined file name to be filed. Necessary processing is performed on the measured data and the like, and collection processing is completed. The arithmetic controller 2a facilitates handling of the alarm history information by making a plurality of the alarm history information files every alarm information generation date on the storage device 5a. |
