Method for evaluating make-up cosmetic product and powder composition

A make-up cosmetic product, which enhances the appearance of complexion, is evaluated by irradiating lights having a wavelength range of visible light onto a surface on which the make-up cosmetic product is applied, from at least two directions with different incident angles, measuring a plurality of spectra of reflected lights obtained from the irradiated lights, respectively, and comparing the spectrum patterns with each other. This clarifies the optical theory by which the skin looks beautiful and provides a method for evaluating a make-up cosmetic product making the skin look beautiful.
