New solid medicament formulations (I) contain (a) a pharmaceutical active agent, (b) an aroma and/or flavoring agent and (c) at least 1.5 wt. % (based on (I)) of highly dispersed silicon dioxide. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (I), by granulating (b) with (c), together with (a) and conventional additives and/or auxiliaries.
