PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which can improve electrostatic capacity, prevent deterioration of dielectric characteristic, restrains cracks during a surface-mounting step, and improve the reliability of capacitor. SOLUTION: A capacitor body C comprises an effective laminate A, which is formed by alternately laminating a first conductor layer 12 having an oxidized region on one end and a second conductor layer 13 having an oxidized region on the other end with a dielectric layer 11 (11a, 11b) in between, and a non-effective laminate B which is formed by alternately laminating a third conductor layer 14 having an oxidized are on both ends and a dielectric layer. Furthermore the dielectric layer 11 of the non-effective laminate B is made to be smaller by just 4-10×10<-7> / deg.C in coefficient of thermal expansion than that of the effective laminate A, and a ratio of the thickness of the non-effective laminate B to that of the capacitor body C is set to 2.5 to 25%.
