The assembly is defined as nautical equipment with the ability to sail by means of an engine and/or under sail, the characteristic of which is that it can be dismantled in such a manner that some of the pieces which form its framework can be converted into a trailer chassis or bed which, by containing all of the rest of the equipment thereon, can be towed directly by a towing element. The novel aspect lies in the assembly of the collection of parts which form the framework and the hull of the sailing boat, all of which can be standardized and are easy to acquire, in the siting of the motor/propulsion equipment, and also the fact that it is possible to fold up the entire structure, which forms a large-size recreational vessel, onto a trailer which exceeds neither the weight nor the size of those which can be used by an average-size saloon car. <IMAGE>
