PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a joining part in a locking tool to an insertion hole of a holder part, and to facilitate operation for pulling out one locking tool from a bundle of the locking tools. SOLUTION: This is a locking tool 10 to allow locking work for a label or the like to an article to be conducted efficiently by inserting easily a joining part 4 in the locking tool 10 into an insertion hole 11 of a holder part 2, and by facilitating operation for pulling out the locking tool 10 from a bundle of plural locking tools. The locking tool 10 is composed of a linear string part 3, a holder part 2 connected to one end part 31 of the string part 3, and a joining part 4 connected to the other end part 32 of the string part 3.
