PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet, with which a stamping forming and a vacuum forming can be executed without developing wrinkles or breaks. SOLUTION: This laminated sheet is produced by laminating a surface layer mainly made of a thermoplastic elastomer onto a base material-layer mainly made of a thermoplastic resin. A resin composition composed of the base material layer mainly consists of 90-20 wt.% of an ethylene-based copolymer resin A produced by copolymerizing an ethylene and an-α-olefin in the presence of a polymerization catalyst comprising a metallocene containing quadrivalent transition metals and 10-80 wt.% of an polyolefin-based resin excluding the resin A, which is a resin B. In addition, the resin composition composing of the base material layer may well ciclude 0.1-5 pts.wt. of organic peroxide C to the 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the resin A and the resin B.
