PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely peel a protective sheet stuck to the reflection surface of a stroboscopic reflector from the stroboscopic reflector without damaging the reflection surface with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: When the stroboscopic reflector 39 set in a reflector case 40 reaches a protective sheet removing device 51, compressed air is intermittently jetted out from gas jetting nozzles 52a to 52d vigorously. Since the nozzles 52a to 52d are extended toward the reflector 39 at the same angle as the tangent of the edge of the reflector 39 or within the range of an angleθ(0 to 45 deg.) inclined to the outside of the tangent, the protective sheet 39b is easily floated from the reflection surface of the reflector 39 and peeled from the reflector 39. Then, the sheet 39b peeled from the reflector 39 is rapidly sucked and removed by a suction nozzle 53.
