SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the developed test for analysis of an aqueous environment pollution based on the use of metal-depending DNAase isolated from sea urchin embryos or roe. This enzyme retains 100% of activity when hydrolysis of a substrate is carried out in sea water. Method ensures to estimate the presence of heavy metals, pesticides and other toxins in sea water integrally by inhibition of an enzymatic activity of DNAase.
