FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing two-dimensional tomographic gray scale image of the lower urinary pathway. Patient is told to accomplish urination action to receive additional information concerning urine flow properties as a color Doppler chart. Linear velocity of the urine flow is determined from color gamma data to calculate urethra constriction degree and pressure gradient in obstruction zones. The values being deviated from some reference norm values, turbulence zones and their positions being detected, conclusions are made concerning urodynamic disorders. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
