PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high product surface gloss and a good external appearance with a light weight by densely filling a polyolefin resin composition containing a foaming agent in a mold coated on an inner wall of a cavity side with a heat insulation resin layer, then forcibly opening the mold, and setting a molding magnification to specific times or more. SOLUTION: An upper mold 1a of a mold 1 in which a polyolefin resin composition 3 containing a foaming agent in a foaming cavity 2 is forcibly opened, and foaming of the composition 3 containing the agent is expedited. The composition 3 containing the agent becoming such a state is expedited to be foamed, thereby obtaining a foam molding 5. Since the molding 5 uses the mold 1 formed with a heat insulation resin layer 4, a so-called swirl mark in which a wrinkle is formed on a resin surface is not formed. A foaming magnification of the molding 5 is 1.4 times or more or preferably 1.5 to 3.0 times. |
