PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating convenience and to reduce the cost by displaying plural line numbers of plural incoming calls and caller telephone numbers on a display device of a key telephone set in time division and the screen display is available on a small screen of a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A master set 1 contains plural trunk lines L1...Ln and key telephone sets 2, 3 and sequentially informs the key telephone sets 2, 3 of a line number of a trunk line and a caller telephone number at the arrival of an incoming call from a public telephone line network. The key telephone sets 2, 3 display automatically the line number and the caller telephone number in this incoming call and a line number and a caller telephone number sent from the master set 1 after the arrival of the incoming call in time division on a screen. Or the line numbers and the telephone numbers are displayed on screen in time division by a manual operation instruction. In this case, the respective line numbers and caller telephone numbers are displayed on one line in time division on a screen. Furthermore, they are notified in a synthesized voice automatically or a manually operated instruction.
