FIELD: mining and construction industries, blasting operations, surface mining of deposits of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: invention makes it feasible to raise volumetric concentration of energy of explosives in hole by way joint usage of emulsion explosive prepared at stationary or separate point of preparation of emulsion with employment of mixture of granulated ammonium saltpeter and diesel fuel and to increase stability of prepared emulsion explosive due to reduction of percentage of diesel fuel below optimum one. Specific feature of given process of preparation of emulsion for emulsion explosives consists in preparation of mixture of liquid fuel in which composition paraffin is brought and 1.0% of diesel fuel in excess of amount specified in formulation is added with reduction of 1.0% of oxidizer solution. Total weight quantity of fuel ( diesel fuel, emulsifying agent and paraffin ) in composition of emulsion should not exceed 10.0%. Prepared emulsion is cooled to temperature of 35 C and is sensitized with microsphere or is gasified. EFFECT: raised volumetric concentration of energy of explosive in hole. 1 cl
