FIELD: railway transport; preventions of accidents. SUBSTANCE: method is based on power action by locomotive member. Power action is provided by shell at its contact after firing. Shell consists of movable and fixed parts. Movable part has plate hinge coupled with rod, and piston. Fixed part consists of hollow chamber to provided movement of piston. EFFECT: prevention of action onto locomotive at encountering obstacle.
