PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful information for examining measures for store improvement.SOLUTION: This behavior analysis system has a behavior visualization unit that can access traffic line information that includes a history of human movements measured by a position measurement device, transaction information that includes information on settlements of commodity transactions, passage area information that includes a condition for determining stoppage in a prescribed area, and shelving allocation information in which commodities displayed in each compartment defined for a store shelf are recorded. The behavior visualization unit analyzes the traffic line information referring to the passage area information, determines stoppage for each area in the store, totalizes the number or the amount of purchased commodities for each compartment of the store shelf referring to the transaction information and the shelving allocation information, and outputs screen data for schematically displaying the number of stoppages per area and the totalized number of amount of purchased commodities on top of a store layout.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
