The invention relates to a device for maintaining a tray (1) for electric power storage (2) in a motor vehicle. The invention comprises a strap (3) surrounding a shim (4) that is secured to a side member (5) and extending through the tray (1). In this way, the strap maintains the shim (4) in place by means of clamping, reinforcing the rigidity of the assembly formed by the tray (1), the shim (4) and the side member (5). The invention prevents the electrical cables that connect the electric power storage unit to electronic equipment from being disconnected in the event of a motor vehicle impact. |
