The invention relates to a device comprising an injection nozzle (8) for briefly subjecting a volume of beer contained in a receptacle (9) to the action of a fine water jet which is under a predetermined pressure, and a source of compressed liquid which supplies the nozzle (8). According to the invention said source is supplied with water from a water distribution network (R) and comprises means (3, 14, 15, 16, 17) for increasing the pressure of the water of the network (R) until the predetermined pressure is attained. The energy needed for increasing the pressure comes from the network (R) itself. |
