PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the cost of a cylindrical roller on a low level, improve the workability for manufacturing the roller and stabilize the quality of the roller. SOLUTION: A base 51 for supporting a cylindrical mold 54 is provided, and the base 51 is constituted of a flat plate-shaped base main body 52 and a pair of end walls 53 disposed in upright on both end edges of the base main body 52 and facing each other, and a fitting channel 52a into which the cylindrical mold 54 is fitted is recessed on the upper face of the base main body 52 between a pair of end walls 53, and supporting channels 53a fitting and supporting bar-shaped holders 56 fitted on respective ends of a core shaft 2 are recessed on the upper edges of respective end walls 53. In that case, the fitting channel 52a and the supporting channel 53a are so positioned as to conform to the axial center of the core shaft 2 with the centerline of the cylindrical mold 54 in the state that the cylinder mold 54 and the bar-shaped holders 56 are fitted relatively on the channels. |
