PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning blade which has small compressive permanent strain and superior cleanability by using a stack body having a resin layer on a metal plate as the plate type blade member of the cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade is structured by joining the plate type blade member 1, consisting of the stack body having the resin layer 5 provided on the metal plate 4, with a support member 2 through the metal plate 4 in one body. As an example, of the metal plate 4, there are a general steel plate of an SS system, etc., and stainless steel plates of an SUS 300 system, a SUS 400 system, etc. The thickness of the metal plate 4 is properly selected according to the kind of a material in use, etc., in consideration of the compressive permanent strain, mechanical strength, flexibility, elastic modulus, etc., of the obtained stack body and generated 0.02 to 0.5 mm. The thickness of the resin layer is usually 0.1 to 3.0 mm. When the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the layer has the possibility that the function of the blade member is not displayed sufficiently and the thickness need not be layer than 0.3 mm. |
