The bolt includes threading on one side to enable it to be screwed into a threaded sleeve (3) inside one of the two construction elements. A first construction element, preferably a prefabricated concrete part, is vertically supported against a second adjacent construction element, preferably a wall, using a bolt received by cavities (3,14) in either element. A footstep noise damping elastic layer (13) is provided in the support region for the bolt in a cavity.
