PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pulsating pressure damping property while securing durability by burying reinforcing layers braided with reinforcing yarn between inner and outer rubber layers, specifying the long/short diameter ratio of the reinforcing layers, and making the axial braiding angle of the reinforcing yarn smaller at a short-diameter portion than at a large-diameter portion. SOLUTION: Reinforcing layers 2, 4 braided with a plurality of reinforcing yarn 6 to cross each other into a braid shape are inserted between an inner rubber layer 1 and an outer rubber layer 5, and an intermediate rubber layer 3 is inserted between two layers 2, 4. A long-fiber yarn of nylon or Aramid and a copper wire can be used for the reinforcing yarn 6. The cross sectional shape of the layers 1, 3, 5 is flattened, and the ratio between the long diameter L and short diameter S of the reinforcing layers 2, 4 is set to 1.2 or above. The braiding angleθ1 at a short-diameter portion S' is made smaller than the braiding angleθ2 at a long-diameter portion L'. When a pulsating pressure is applied, the cross sectional shape of the reinforcing layers 2, 4 is deformed near to a circular shape, the volume expansion quantity of a hose can be increased with the ductility of the reinforcing yarn kept suppressed, and the pulsating pressure damping property can be improved in spite of excellent durability.
