PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner which allows a desiccant to be dried at an arbitrary time at low costs.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 1 comprises: an air-conditioning chamber which has an introduction port for introducing outside air from a vehicle interior or a vehicle exterior and a cabin-side open path 31 which extracts the outside air, as air-conditioned low-temperature flow 30x and high-temperature flow 30y, into a cabin; an independent communication path 26 which communicates the air-conditioning chamber with the vehicle exterior; an evaporator 23 positioned at a downstream side of the introduction port, a heater core 24 positioned at a downstream of the evaporator 23 and at an upstream of the extraction port, and a desiccant 22 arranged at an arbitrary position between the upstream of the evaporator 23 and the heater core 24, all of which are disposed within the air-conditioning chamber; and an ECU 40 which controls the evaporator 23, the heater core 24, and introduction of outside air and extraction of the outside air into the cabin to be done in the air-conditioning chamber. When stopping air-conditioning operation, the vehicular air conditioner 1 blocks a space between the extraction port and the cabin, introduces the outside air through the introduction port, and performs control so that the heater core 24 is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
