摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance light weight, compactness, cost reduction and durability by specifying the relation among the diameter of the contact position between a diaphragm spring and the flange section of a ball bearing inner ring, the interval of the contact position between a release fork and the other face of a side plate, and the pitch circle diameter of a ball. SOLUTION: The diameterϕT of the contact position of the flange section 3a1 of an inner ring 3a kept in contact with a diaphragm spring and the pitch circle diameter PCD of a ball 3c are set to PCD>ϕT, and the interval U of the contact position of the contact section 3b of a side plate kept in contact with a release fork and the pitch circle diameter PCD of the ball 3c are set to PCD<U. For assembling a ball bearing 3, a disk spring 4, a second seal member 3f, the ball 3c, a holder 3d and a first seal member 3e are assembled in this order to an outer ring 3b, and they are outwardly inserted to the inner ring 3a from the end face side opposite to the flange section 3a1. The PCD is minimized, the inner ring 3a, outer ring 3b and side plate 2 are made of a steel by pressing, this device is made lightweight and compact, the durability is improved, and the cost can be reduced.
