SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has casing movable and immovable disks positioned in horizontal plane in axially aligned relationship and provided with grinding members, charging hopper and movable disk drive. Charging hopper is composed of two parts spaced one from another in vertical plane. Lower discharge part has two halves, one part provided with annular slot and other part having inclined bottom made in the form of annular surface.
