PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the mechanical joint having sufficient strength and necessary electric connection by electrically connecting a resonance porcelain matter and a circuit stacked matter by way of a soldering ball. SOLUTION: The mechanical connection of the resonance porcelain matter 1a and the circuit stacked matter 10a and the electrical connection of its resonator and each connecting terminal 12 are executed by way of the soldering ball 40. The matter 10a is arranged on the matter 1a on its joining face by way of the soldering ball are inserted to the holding hole 51 of a jig 50 and held while keeping the state. As the ball 40 is supported by the mouth edge of a through hole 5, it is infiltrated into the hole 5 and never extends outward when it is melted. In addition, solder moves to its center by its surface tension, it is automatically positioned in the center of the hole 5. Then, a uniform granular soldering part is formed between the mouth edge of each resonator and the terminal 12 to secure its electrical connection and mechanical connection. |
