PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tissue storage container for taking out tissues without opening and closing a cover and provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a double container provided with an inner bag filled with contents wrapped all around by a carton blank of an outer case, two strip- shaped film pieces 6A and 6B are stuck on a narrow and long wet tissue take- out window 7 formed on the center of a top sheet of the outer case in a manner of covering the take-out window so that end sides of the pieces are overlapped along the centerline in the longitudinal direction of the take-out window 7, and the inner bag is bonded with the inner face of the outer case in the vicinity of the take-out window 7, and a half-cut line is formed almost on the center of the bonding face of the inner bag. A manufacturing method for the storage container consists of a carton blank manufacturing process, a window sticking process using two film pieces, a bag manufacturing and filling and sealing process using a soft packing material and a process of wrapping around the filled inner bag by a window-sticking carton blank. |
