PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a segment tire mounted on a wheel of a construction machine, a civil engineering machine or the like. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber sheet for developing cutting resistance and wear resistance is set in a cavity for constituting a tread part by using molds I1 , I2 , I3 having cavities for constituting an appearance shape of the segment tire. Then, a core 2 for forming a hollow space of the segment and a stopper part is inserted, a plate (c) to be embedded in a bottom of the segment tire is set to a predetermined position of the cavity, melted unvulcanized rubber B for developing low loss properties in the cavity is cast by an injection, and vulcanized under pressure. |
