摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having well-balanced excellent properties inherent in a nylon resin and suited for vibration welding by mixing a nylon resin with a lubricant and a glass fiber having a specified average fiber diameter in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. nylon resin is mixed with 0.1-50 pts.wt. lubricant and 10-150 pts.wt. glass fiber having an average fiber diameter of 5-15μm. The nylon resin is desirably one having a melting point of 200 deg.C or above. The lubricant is selected among graphite, molybdenum disulfide, silicone compounds, fluoro resins, etc. It is desirable that the glass fiber is controlled so that the rate of glass fibers with a weight-average fiber length of 100-400μm and a fiber length of 60μm or below may be 10-50 wt.%, based on the total glass fibers, when it is in a state of a melt blend of the nylon resin, especially, in a state subjected to melt kneading once. It is desirable that the composition may further contain 0.01-3 pts.wt. copper compound per 100 pts.wt. nylon resin.
