PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transferability of a business matter by enabling reproduction of related businesses in the block by reproducing a business message by using a caller's telephone number to be transmitted from a switchboard. SOLUTION: An automatic answering telephone system is provided with a modem 15 to acquire the caller's telephone number via a network control part 14 connected with the switchboard to inform the call incoming side of the caller's telephone number, a RAM 12 for managing the caller's telephone number acquired when the business message from the caller is stored and recorded in a voice memory 22 via a voice recording part 21, by making it correspond to the business message and a CPU 10 to read the business message from the voice memory 22 in accordance with to the order in which they were received in the block by each caller's telephone number and to continuously reproduce the business message via a voice synthesizing part 23, when the business message is reproduced.
