摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly develop the entire surface of a planographic printing plate and to enable the development small in a low temperature processing dependency without lowering partial print resistance or ink acceptability by making an amine oxide surfactant contain in a developer. Then, as of this developing processing method, for example, after the developer is applied to the planographic printing plate, the developer on the surface of the plate is removed by a squeeze roller or the like. Then, the plate is washed with a neutralizer or water for lowering pH on the surface of the plate as needed and further, the plate making is completed through a drying process in an automatic plate making machine or the like.
