PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate for a lithographic printing plate, wherein there are no special conditions, the printing durability is good, and non-image parts are hard to foul, and a lithographic printing plate using the base plate, and the manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: For this base plate for a lithographic printing plate, comprising a supporting body and a hydrophilic layer which is provided on the supporting body, the hydrophilic layer contains a micro gel, and contains an inorganic grain as required. On the surface of the hydrophilic layer, an image forming material is adhered along an image by an ink jet method, and at least at one part of the surface of the hydrophilic layer, a lipophilic image layer comprising the image forming material, is formed, or on the surface of the hydrophilic layer, the heat-sensitive transfer layer of a heat-sensitive transfer sheet which is constituted by providing the heat-sensitive transfer layer into a sheet-form, is joined, and then, a heating is performed from the heat-sensitive transfer sheet side along the image, and on the hydrophilic layer, a heat-sensitive transfer layer corresponding with the heated part is transferred, and thus, at least at one part of the hydrophilic layer, the lipophilic image layer comprising the heat-sensitive transfer layer is formed. |
