PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool and lubricate a cutting blade by providing a plurality of separate fluid supplying passages in relation to the cutting blade. SOLUTION: Cutting chips are sucked for elimination near a cutting tool 1, and since each injection port 7, 8 is positioned near a cutting blade 4a, suction of the cooling air and the lubricating oil injected from each injection port 7, 8 before applying to the cutting blade 4a is prevented. Furthermore, since the cooling air and the lubricating oil are distributed in separate supplying passage 5, 6, lowering of the viscosity of the lubricating oil and the freezing of the lubricating oil due to the cooling air is prevented. Consequently, the cutting blade 4a is sufficiently cooled by the cooling air, and the cutting blade 4a is sufficiently lubricated by the mist-like lubricating oil, to which the influence of the cooling air is not given.
