PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcast receiving converter which is kept almost free from noises and high in reliability. SOLUTION: A satellite broadcast receiving converter has a structure where an insulating board 2b is exposed on the inner wall of a screwing through-hole, a connecting conductor 2f and a solder layer 2g are formed on the inner wall of a grounding through-hole 2b smaller in diameter than the screwing through- hole, and the grounding through-hole 2b is provided adjacent to the screwing through-hole, so that a protrudent part on an upper conductive pattern can be lessened in size, an upper wall 1a and the solder layer 2g covering the upper conductive pattern of a circuit board 2 are brought into close contact with each other, and as a result, noises are restrained from occurring, and the satellite broadcast receiving converter is much enhanced in reliability.
