A nalfurafine-containing percutaneous absorption patch comprising a support, a drug layer and a control layer, said layers being successively laminated, characterized in that the drug layer contains at least one kind of drug selected from the group consisting of nalfurafine and salts thereof. Even if applied to skin damaged in horny layer, etc. and having insufficient skin barrier function, the nalfurafine-containing percutaneous absorption patch according to the present invention can maintain a constant skin permeation amount of the drug while preventing permeation of an excessive amount of the drug through the skin within a short period of time.
