PURPOSE: A thin-film liquid crystal display device is provided to improve manufacturing yield. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display(LCD) device includes plural gate lines(22) arranged at regular intervals, auxiliary capacitor electrode lines(24) arranged parallel with the gate lines, each auxiliary capacitor electrode line being placed between two adjacent gate lines and being apart from the two gate lines, data lines(26) arranged at regular intervals and perpendicularly crossing the gate lines and the data lines, pixel electrodes(28) of which each is placed at the intersection of a pair of gate lines and a pair of data lines, and thin-film transistors(40) of which two(4A, 40B) are allotted to one pixel and drive a corresponding pixel together.
