PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arouse a player's gambling spirit and to enable anyone to safely and easily do darts, etc., with a joyful and bright image by generating desired sounds while rotating a target board of a darts implement. SOLUTION: A rotary board (a) which is the target of darts 4 is rotatably supported via a shaft rod 1 at a stationary supporting body (d). A power source, a sound generator (c) which generates prescribed music, etc., and a limit switch 2 connected to this sound generator (c) are mounted at this stationary supporting body (b). Limit switch actuation parts 3 are mounted at every other prescribed interval at the rear surface of the rotary board (a). These limit switch actuation parts 3 turn on the limit switch 2 of the stationary supporting body (b) by rotation of the rotary board (a), by which the sound generator (c) is actuated and the rotary board (a) is rotated while the music, etc., are kept generated during a prescribed time.
