PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save space, to facilitate transportation without taking time and to take little time for installation. SOLUTION: In a punch-laser combined machine 1 for punching and laser- machining a workpiece W, a body frame 3 for punching and laser-machining, and an oscillator frame 5 provided with a laser oscillator 25 are arranged adjacently parallel from the top view. The body frame 3 and the oscillator frame 5 are integrated by a transport frame 33 at the time of transportation, and a transport hook member 37 is provided at the upper part of the body frame.
