摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a clearance on the basis of the only measured value of temperature and pressure without directly providing a clearance sensor in a clearance between a moving blade tip and the static blade side in a gas turbine clearance simulator system. SOLUTION: Temperature at each point of a gas turbine structure part is detected by temperature detecting units 21-26 and input to a simulator 1. Pressure value near a clearance between a moving blade tip and a static blade holding ring is input to the simulator 1 from pressure detecting units 41, 42. The number of revolution N of a gas turbine is input to the simulator 1, and the simulator 1 computes the deformation data of the static side and the rotor side of the corresponding structure due to the thermal drawing from the structure data of a gas turbine from a structure data file 3, and obtains a clearance from both the deformation data, and inputs it to a memory device 4, and while displays it in a display device 2. Clearance can be accurately estimated by the only simple-structured temperature and pressure detecting units without providing a clearance sensor.
