PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless fan motor capable of improving the fan efficiency and lowering the generation of noise while simplifying the structure near a suction port. SOLUTION: A brushless fan motor 10 is formed with an air passage 20 inside of a housing 12, and a rotary fan 22 is housed therein. A bridge part 38 is stretched between opposite inner peripheral surfaces of a suction port 16, and a rotary shaft 24 of the rotary fan 22 can be abutted against the bridge part 38. Since the thrust load of the rotary shaft 24 can be supported by the bridge part 38, other member such as a bearing is unnecessary so as to simplify the structure near the suction port 16. Consequently, an air flow from the suction port 16 is smoothened, and the fan efficiency is improved, and generation of noise is lowered.
