The passenger saloon of the vehicle is constructed as an oval framework with a number of sections (5) with elastically yielding interconnection. The framework is connected to the body by uniformly distributed damping means located in a forward and rear area. The body of the vehicle is constructed from an inner (22) and an outer (11) safety ring.
