PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a stabilizer for chlorine-including resin capable of giving excellent weather resistance and blooming stability, etc., to a chlorine-including resin of various forms by including zinc silicate. SOLUTION: This stabilizer for a chlorine-including resin includes zinc silicate. The zinc silicate is usually in a granule state and has pref. <=30μm average particle diameter as granule and has pref. <=10μm average particle diameter when used for film requiring transparency and mechanical strength. It is pref. that the content of the stabilizer is 0.01-3.0 pts.wt. in terms of zinc silicate based on 100 pts.wt. chlorine-including resin. The composition including a chlorine-including resin and the stabilizer can provide resin film for agriculture, covering film for plywood, sail cloth, net for curing concrete, or the like. The stabilizer may further include an additive such as a plasticizer, lubricant a surfactant or the like.
