PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the improvement of a temperature detecting accuracy and permit excellent temperature detection at all times without being affected so much by the size of a food or the disposing position of the food on a turn table. SOLUTION: An infrared ray sensor 9, consisting of pyroelectric infrared sensor, and a rotary plate 11 are attached to the upper outside of an inner easing 1. A first detecting area 15 and a second detecting area 16 are formed by the rotary plate 11 with respect to the infrared ray sensor 9. The first detecting area 15 is a circular area with a radius of 20-40 mm (radius r) about a position P eccentric by 20-30 mm (size S) to the center of a turn table 7 in a surface at the height of 40-50 mm (size H) above a turn table 7 or an elliptical area (the radius of an inscribed circle is 20-40 mm in case of the ellipse). The second detecting area 16 is positioned at the outside of the first detecting area 15 and is provided with a substantially same configuration as that of the first detecting area 15.
