PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate an address at the time of transferring e-mail by means of an intuitive operation. SOLUTION: This transfer method shows received mail in a list (11), on the other hand, represents information about addresses which is surely necessary in the case of transmitting mail with an e-mail system by an icon 16, selects a received mail and transfers the received mail to the address by overlapping on the address represented as the icon by drag and drop. When it is overlapped on an icon representing plural addresses, it is transferred to the plural addresses. Also, regular document is added to text and is transferred.
