PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reproduce a specific part necessary for debugging and an abnormal event by generating a trigger signal at the time of detecting a specific operation state in a product production process to be monitored, photographing the specific part in the production process at optional set time and recording a photographing number together with a photographed picture. SOLUTION: A picture recording/reproducing part 22 being a video camera is focused on a specific part to be confirmed in an article production process to be monitored. When an air pressure sensor 20 detects the fixing of a drum component 13 by a drum fixing air cylinder 18 e.g. the video camera being the picture recording/reproducing part 22 starts photographing at optional set time. This photographing is started for each of the production process of a specific part for fixing a head 15 on the drum component 13 and a photographing number is annexed to each started photographing. Thereby searching time for debugging can be extremely shortened by specifying the photographing number.
