PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicarrier radio communication system which uses the information data of a radio wave relay system to be executed, especially for an airship made to stay in the stratosphere. SOLUTION: This multicarrier radio communication system for performing radio communication through digital information signals in a high frequency band between a flying object (CS), such as airship staying in the stratosphere and a ground terminal, is composed of plural carriers which are in symbol synchronism in the mutually orthogonal relation. In the system, a specific carrier (Acc) of the plural carriers is assigned for access management.
