PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save management man-hours in the assembling process. SOLUTION: The microphone is provided with a microphone 100 that outputs a received sound as an electric signal and a case 200 that contains the microphone 100, the case 200 has a base 210 made of a ceramics sheet and a frame 220 consisting of four frames 221, 222, 223, 224 fitted to an edge of the base 210 through lamination and made of a ceramics sheet, the microphone 100 has a rear electrode 110 formed with an electret layer on the front side of which fitted to the frame 220, and a vibrating film 120 fitted to the electret layer of the rear electrode 110 at a prescribed space 150, and a conductive film is formed to the base 210 and the frame 220 to deliver a signal from the vibrating film 120.
