PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coupling structure of a cabinet to mutually couple cabinets consisting of plural members only by an engaging pawl without using a machine screw and to simultaneously prevent the separation of the plural members even when an shock is given to the cabinets. SOLUTION: The engaging pawl 29 provided in a front case 21 is engaged in an engaging hole 30 of a rear case 22, a battery cover 23 is simultaneously mounted at the rear side of the rear case 22, the deformation is prevented by pressing a tip part of the engaging pawl 29 by a control part 34 of the battery cover 23 and the separation of the engaging pawl 29 from the engaging hole 30 is prevented. Furthermore, a locking mechanism consisting of a plate spring member 43 with a hook 45 and a fastening 40 is provided inside and the cabinets are locked inside by the locking mechanism.
