PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent cooling medium from invading into an engine even if a cracking part is generated by separating a joint part of both end parts of cupper pipe and a tube sheet and a joint part of the tube sheet and an end cap. SOLUTION: In a cupper pipe 1 provided with a cooling medium flow inlet 1-1 and a cooling medium flow outlet 1-2 on both ends, a heat transmitting pipe group 2 is fixed to a tube sheet 3a. An end part cap 4 provided with a flow inlet 4-1 and a flow outlet 4-2 for EGR gas is fitted around an outer peripheral end part of a back surface side of the tube sheet 3a, its part is fixed, and a joint part (a) of both end inner walls or an outer wall of the cupper pipe 1 and the tube sheet 3a is separated from a joint part (b) of the tube sheet 3a and the end part cap 4. Since the cooling medium in the cupper pipe 1 is not leaked from a cracking part even if a cracking is generated on the joint part of the tube sheet 3a and the end part cap 4, it is possible to prevent the cooling medium from invading into an engine.
